Sports Chiropractic for Runners · Alpharetta, GA
Movement-first chiropractic for runners and active people. We find what's slowing you down, treat it, and hand you the tools to keep it fixed — so you spend less time in the clinic and more time on the road.
The approach
Most clinics book you in every week, forever. That's not the goal here. Every visit should move you closer to not needing one.
We're after the reason you're hurting or plateauing — not a standing weekly slot. Fix the root and the symptoms don't keep coming back.
Hands-on care opens the door. The exercises and drills you take home are what keep it open. Show up for those and the gains stick.
Care that fits your mileage, your race calendar, and your goals — not a one-size protocol. You keep training while we sort it out.
Who it's for
Runners and active people who want to move well and last — whether you're chasing a PR or just tired of the same nagging pain.

Each piece works together to reduce pain, clean up how you move, and build a body that holds up to training.
Adjustments that restore joint motion and calm pain, so you can move freely and train without compensating.
A head-to-toe look at how you actually move to find the real source of the problem — not just the sore spot.
Hands-on work on the muscles and tissue limiting your range and slowing recovery, so you feel loose and ready.
A specific plan you take home — the part that makes the fix stick and keeps you off the treatment table.
What to expect
Four steps from first visit to standing on your own. Each one moves you toward needing us less.
We talk through your history and goals, then run a full movement assessment to find what's actually driving the issue.
Hands-on care — adjustments and soft-tissue work — to reduce pain and restore how you move.
You leave with a targeted plan of exercises and drills built for your body and your training.
We track progress, adjust the plan, and work toward you not needing regular visits.
